By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the l444bt platform (accessible at https://l444bt.net and all associated mobile or progressive web application versions), you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published for specific games, sports markets, tournaments, or promotional campaigns.

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete and exclusive legal agreement between you (the player) and l444bt with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior oral or written representations, understandings, negotiations, or agreements concerning the same subject matter. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of an individual game, promotion, or tournament, the specific rules shall take precedence only with respect to that game, promotion, or tournament, and these Terms & Conditions shall govern all other matters.

l444bt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, l444bt will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of l444bt following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

Access to l444bt's real-money gaming and betting services is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and maintain an active account if you satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute and non-negotiable minimum. l444bt does not accept players under 18 years of age under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing l444bt voluntarily and of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.

l444bt conducts age and identity verification as part of the account registration process. In addition, l444bt may at any time, at its sole discretion, request documentary proof of age and identity from any player. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by l444bt will result in account suspension pending verification, during which time deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activity will be restricted.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on l444bt, you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Upon successful registration, each player is assigned one unique l444bt account. This account is strictly personal and non-transferable. The following obligations apply to all registered l444bt players:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. l444bt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility until you notify l444bt of any unauthorised access.
• One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address, is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your relationship with l444bt must be truthful and accurate. l444bt reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds where material misrepresentation is discovered.
• Personal Use Only: Your l444bt account may only be used for your own personal entertainment. Using your account to facilitate wagers on behalf of third parties, operating as an agent for other players, or participating in any form of syndicated betting arrangement without l444bt's prior written consent is prohibited.
• Prompt Notification: You must notify l444bt promptly if you believe your account has been compromised, if you suspect any unauthorised transactions, or if your registered contact details change.

All financial transactions on l444bt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l444bt does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT accounts. The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on l444bt is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your l444bt account within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may require up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. l444bt does not impose a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by l444bt's finance team within one to four hours of submission during standard operating hours (09:00–23:00 BST). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically settled within 5–15 minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may require one to two business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. l444bt reserves the right to require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited via a specific payment method will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method. l444bt reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the withdrawal destination (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bKash account in your name) before releasing funds. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods not registered in the account holder's verified name.

l444bt does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the l444bt account holder. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources will be returned to the sender and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

l444bt offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. The general bonus terms set out below apply to all l444bt promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager an amount equal to 30 times the bonus). Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period of the bonus; if not completed within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Minimum Odds: Where a bonus is applicable to sports betting, minimum odds conditions apply. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to bonus wagering requirements.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, video poker, and certain other titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. The applicable contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: l444bt bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus Abuse: l444bt monitors betting patterns for indicators of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same market to guarantee a bonus conversion, exploiting technical errors or miscalculated odds, and participating in coordinated wagering syndicates. Where bonus abuse is detected, l444bt reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

l444bt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players with as much advance notice as is reasonably practicable. l444bt's decisions regarding bonus eligibility, wagering completion, and promotion disputes are final and binding.

l444bt offers casino games, live dealer tables, slots, sports betting markets, and other gaming products sourced from internationally regulated and independently audited game studios and data providers. The following principles govern all gaming activity on l444bt:

• RNG Certification: All casino games on l444bt use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by l444bt or any third party.
• RTP Transparency: Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all casino slots and table games are disclosed in the game information panel within the l444bt lobby. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. l444bt's decision following investigation of a dispute is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on l444bt and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. l444bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void any bets or casino rounds associated with such conduct, and to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account on l444bt, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with l444bt.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the l444bt platform in a manner that is not available to other players through the standard user interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to l444bt support immediately and will be voided if the error is confirmed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using l444bt as a mechanism to transfer funds between parties.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or betting information in live games, or coordinate bets to exploit bonus offers.
• Attempting to access another player's account, interfere with the l444bt platform's server infrastructure, or conduct any form of denial-of-service or cyberattack against l444bt.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic or account-based restrictions applied by l444bt.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise offensive communication with l444bt staff or other players via any l444bt communication channel.

Where l444bt identifies prohibited conduct, it will act promptly to protect the integrity of the platform and the fairness of the gaming environment for all legitimate players. l444bt reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity, including fraud and money laundering, to the relevant Bangladeshi authorities.

l444bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by l444bt.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 above.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 (including age requirements).

Where an account is closed by l444bt for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for detection of prohibited conduct, l444bt reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct (for example, at l444bt's business discretion or in response to a regulatory requirement), any verified, unencumbered balance in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 14 business days of closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Player-Initiated Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting l444bt support at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary account closure, l444bt will confirm the player's identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are settled. Players seeking to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including problem gambling — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in their account dashboard, which provides a faster and more immediate restriction than account closure processing.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and are effective from that date. All players who registered before this date and have continued to use l444bt after this date are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
